Mewujudkan Jurnal Berkualitas: Evaluasi dan Pelatihan di Rumah Jurnal Auliaurrasyidin

Journal management training at STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan aimed to improve the quality of journal governance. Attended by 17 editors from seven journals, the training used interactive presentation methods and hands-on practice. Evaluation results showed significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills, with the average pre-test score increasing from 65 to 85 in the post-test. Participants implemented a more rigorous review process, gave proper recognition to reviewers, and adopted citation formats according to academic standards. Despite challenges related to resources and technology, participants showed high satisfaction with the training. It is recommended to organize further training, improve technological infrastructure, and conduct continuous monitoring to maintain journal quality. This training had a positive impact on the management of academic journals at STAI Auliaurrasyidin.
