Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

To make articles published in Al-Muqayyad, authors must pay attention to the following guidelines:

  1. The title of the article is in the middle of the paper (bold written in capital letters, font size 14, spaced 1, maximum 20 words, font times new roman)
  2. The first author is non-title¹, the second author is non-title² and the third author is non-title³ (bold, font times new roman, font size 12, space 1)
  3. Study program, department, name of institution, name of city and country (font size 11 font times new roman 1.5 space)
  4. Abstract (fonts size 11 font times new roman space 11). Abstracts are written briefly
  5. Abstracts review briefly, concisely and clearly regarding research problems, research objectives, research methods, research results and research results. Using Bahasa in the form of one long paragraph of abstract between 50-150 words. Maximum of 5 keywords separated by commas.
  6. Articles are written in Indonesian or English with a line density of 1.5, Times New Roman12 font, A4 paper size, one-column format, and last-costuming margin setting (top 2.26cm; left3, 07cm; bottom1, 83cm; right 3.07cm).
  7. The length of scientific articles should be no more than 4,000 words or approximately 15-20 pages, including accompanying pictures, graphs or tables (if any).
  8. Articles are typed with 1.5 spacing with Times New Roman writing type on A4 paper
  9. The title should be concise and informative, which is between 5-15 words
  10. Abstract is written briefly and written in Indonesian or English, abstract length between 50-150 words and written in one paragraph
  11. Abstract typed in single space with a format that is narrower than the main text (right and left margins indent 1.2cm)
  12. Literature review is not included as part of the article structure. Thus, citations of literature that are considered important can be integrated in the introduction or in the discussion of citations of literature in the discussion as necessary and the priority is the discussion of the results of data analysis found by themselves.
